Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable reservation fee of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure the session. The remaining balance must be paid before the delivery of the final images.
- Remaining balance payments may be made via cash or card/bank transfer through the invoice that will be sent by email. If paying in cash, payment is due at the time of the session.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in forfeiture of photos.
Session Details
- Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. Any delays caused by the client may result in a shorter session duration.
- Any special requests for location, props, or themes must be communicated at the time of booking.
Image Rights
- All images taken by Caine Crosby Photography are the property of the photographer.
- Usage of Images: By booking a session, you agree that Caine Crosby Photography may use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, portfolio, website, and advertising.
- If you prefer to keep your images private and not used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before the session.
Delivery of Photos
- Edited photos will be delivered within 1-2 weeks after the session, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Delivery will be via Pixieset gallery. Gallery will be previewed and selected photos will be edited and delivered via Pixieset unless otherwise agreed or communicated. Any additional edits beyond the agreed package may incur an extra fee.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days in advance. Reservation fee is non-refundable, but in the event of a reschedule, the fee will be applied to the new session date.
- Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee.
Liability
- Caine Crosby Photography is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the session.
Copyright and Usage
- Clients are granted personal usage rights for the delivered images. Images may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.
Final Agreement
- By booking a session, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
